Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the XBOW platform's capabilities.
- Conduct Proof-of-Value (PoV) initiatives to highlight the platform's value proposition.
- Engage in technical discovery and requirements analysis to support the sales process.
- Assist customers during the technical onboarding phase.
- Provide Tier 1 support during the PoV evaluation period.
- Be adaptable to transition into post-sales support roles as necessary.
- Offer insights and feedback to our product teams based on field observations.
- Clarify the technical and business advantages of our product to clients.
- Translate complex security concepts for customer teams.
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients during the pre-sales phase.
- Ensure smooth communication and transition between pre-sales and post-sales teams.
