About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer at Cypress, you will take charge of ensuring the technical success of both new and expanding opportunities, while also driving long-term value realization for the accounts you support.
You will work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to guide customers through the journey from initial qualification and discovery to deal closure, adoption, and expansion. You’ll be accountable for the quality of the deals you influence and the sustainability of the value delivered after the sale.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to:

- Engage in business-level discussions with deep technical expertise and understanding of customer needs
- Operate independently, exercising sound judgment and agility within a small, high-visibility team
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Technical Success Throughout the Customer Lifecycle
- Oversee technical success from start to finish throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial discovery to expansion
- Lead the technical strategy and execution for the accounts and opportunities you support
- Conduct technical discovery to inform deal strategy, ensuring solutions are viable and adoptable, while identifying risks early
- Develop and present tailored demos, solution workshops, and technical evaluations (POCs/trials) with clear success criteria
- Act as a strong advocate for customers and prospects, driving engagement, responsiveness, and internal alignment to achieve outcomes
Drive Revenue Growth (New and Expansion)
- Collaborate with Account Executives on new deals, owning the technical process from discovery through closure and maintaining clarity and momentum throughout
- Support expansion initiatives by identifying new use cases, products, and growth pathways
- Maintain continuity from pre-sale to post-sale, transforming deals into long-lasting, expandable revenue
- Think creatively and execute effectively, bringing innovative solutions to the table
