About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical frontline within our enterprise sales strategy. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will engage in discovery sessions, narrate the technical aspects of our offerings, provide customized and credible demonstrations, address security and architectural inquiries, and define impactful Proof of Concepts (POCs). Beyond supporting deals, you will play a critical role in articulating a compelling Go-To-Market (GTM) narrative at scale. You will engage with Product and Engineering teams to stay abreast of the latest product enhancements and features, ensuring that prospects are educated on the most innovative applications of our technology.
In this highly customer-facing position, you will work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Engineering to define solutions, showcase capabilities, and act as a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders. This role demands a blend of deep technical knowledge and strong communication skills to drive sales success.
What You’ll Do
Technical Discovery & Narrative — Transform challenges into solution architectures; outline integration patterns and data flows; collaborate on whiteboarding with senior individual contributors and executives.
Demo & Prototype — Create and present customized demos/sandboxes (lightweight, non-POC builds) that illustrate value for logistics applications (e.g., carrier sales, tracking & tracing, appointment scheduling, shipment exceptions).
