Role Overview:
As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a vital link between our clients, third-party vendors, and our internal engineering teams. You will spearhead integration initiatives with external collaborators, ensuring a seamless onboarding and implementation process for our platform within healthcare organizations and AI workflows. Your role will be crucial in defining how we deliver solutions that drive real-world AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with partners and clients to manage the complete pipeline from pre-sale to delivery.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams (engineering, product, and sales).
Develop technical documentation, playbooks, and best practice guides for clients and teams.
Advocate for client needs within the organization, fostering continuous improvements in products and processes.
Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities, knowing when to offer quick, tailored solutions versus collaborating for scalable, maintainable solutions.
