Role Overview:
As a Solutions Engineer at Bearing, you will play a pivotal role in our customer engagement strategy. Your main responsibilities will include delivering customized demonstrations, resolving technical inquiries, and designing solutions tailored to the specific requirements of our clients. Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Account Managers, you will expedite deal cycles, translate intricate security operations into actionable workflows, and ensure that customers derive value swiftly. This role is crucial for fostering trust from pre-sale through onboarding and into expansion phases. You will directly influence sales momentum, time-to-value, and the success of expansions.
Bearing’s platform adds value across the entire spectrum of corporate security operations, including physical security infrastructure and intelligence and risk operations.
In this position, you will blend:
- Extensive expertise in a primary domain, and
- Comprehensive platform knowledge to position Bearing as a seamless enterprise solution.
We adopt a domain track model to enable team members to build specialist credibility while assisting customers across the entire platform. You will possess a broad understanding of the system but will lead with in-depth knowledge in your designated domain.
Domain Tracks:
Physical Security Infrastructure (Primary focus for this role)
Access control, video systems, identity management, device lifecycle, facilities security, and integration of physical security technologies with enterprise systems.
Intelligence, Investigations & Risk Operations
GSOC operations, critical event and threat management, workplace violence programs, executive protection, travel security, and more.
