The Role of Sous Chef:
As the Sous Chef at Domes Resorts, you will serve as the right hand to the Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef. You will be responsible for overseeing the culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, and maintaining operational excellence within the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, workflow organization, and the development of creative seasonal menus that cater to guest preferences.
- Supervise and actively participate in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, adhering to established recipes and standards while ensuring proper portion control.
- Conduct regular inspections of food items for quality and freshness, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
