We seek a dynamic, results-oriented, and seasoned Sous Chef to enhance our luxury hospitality group, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Role:
As the Sous Chef, you will serve as the right hand to the Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef, overseeing dish preparation and presentation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring culinary standards are consistently upheld. This role demands a blend of culinary talent, organizational acumen, leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of kitchen operations.
