Position Overview
The Spa Supervisor/Receptionist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Spa and Fitness facilities, delivering outstanding customer service and coordination across all functions. This position reports directly to the Spa Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Efficiently schedules spa appointments, considering therapist availability, guest preferences, and spa profitability, while confirming appointments and sending reminders as necessary.
- Oversees the check-in and check-out process for spa guests, ensuring accurate payment processing and maintaining organized records of all transactions.
- Assists in managing inventory levels of spa products and supplies.
- Utilizes hotel and spa management software and web applications effectively.
- Collaborates with relevant departments to meet the daily operational needs of the wellness facilities.
- Administers spa treatments as needed.
Guest Services
- Engages with all spa guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and receive a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.
- Addresses inquiries efficiently, providing detailed information about spa treatments, fitness options, and retail products, while assisting guests in choosing services tailored to their preferences.
- Handles guest concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally, resolving any issues and following up to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
- Fosters positive relationships with returning spa guests, actively seeking feedback to enhance service quality.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of all hotel services and facilities, ensuring guests receive relevant information.
