In the realm of prestigious automotive manufacturing, every component must adhere to rigorous standards to guarantee reliability and safety while satisfying high client expectations. As a Spare Parts Process Quality Supplier Auditor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the quality management processes for aftersales spare parts within our suppliers' Quality Management Team.
This position aids in the relocation and re-validation of supplier production, as well as facilitates the launch of both all-time buy and new spare parts. Your efforts will ensure that spare parts from suppliers align with the defined OEM quality targets through established automotive processes.
Your responsibilities will include identifying critical production risks, monitoring and reviewing production control processes, and validating new supplier locations during relocation activities. You will also manage all-time buy activities and oversee new spare part PPAP activities, which may vary based on the OEM model launch programs.
This role requires a solid understanding of automotive parts quality management methodologies and the ability to implement practices as specified by the OEM.
The position will be based at client offices in Goodwood, spare parts storage locations in Bognor Regis, and may occasionally require travel across the UK and Europe.
