In this role, you will implement brand strategies and tactics in the field to drive sales performance. You will effectively manage your designated territory and key accounts, fostering robust customer relationships and addressing their needs to maximize both short-term and long-term sales outcomes, always prioritizing the patient within AbbVie’s framework of conduct, policies, and applicable legal regulations.
- Achieve sales performance metrics, brand KPIs, and financial targets, consistently striving to exceed objectives.
- Develop pre-call plans and conduct post-call evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness. Skillfully address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns to drive actionable outcomes during sales interactions.
- Proactively anticipate and fulfill customer needs, expectations, and challenges to build trusted partnerships and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Design and execute call plans that meet established metrics, optimizing coverage and engagement with key customers to enhance access and sales potential.
- Continuously deepen your understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and product expertise. Share insights with the field team, brand management, and sales leadership to remain aligned and responsive to market changes.
- Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition among healthcare providers, identifying and cultivating disease state experts and advocates to bolster brand performance.
- Utilize personal transportation, whether a personal vehicle or a company-provided car or equipment, for field activities.
