Position Title: Specialty Sales Representative

Position Summary:
The Specialty Sales Representative is an essential contributor to Paratek’s National Salesforce, primarily targeting primary care physicians and podiatrists, with a secondary focus on dermatologists. This role requires utilizing data-driven insights and robust interpersonal skills to craft an effective business strategy aimed at enhancing the adoption of Paratek's innovative products among suitable patients. Your ability to forge and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, including physicians and office staff, is critical to achieving regional and corporate sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with targeted prescribers within the assigned territory.
- Deliver clinically focused sales presentations to launch and expand product sales effectively.
- Implement tactical strategies in alignment with company directives to enhance individual, regional, and overall sales performance.
- Meet call plan expectations and achieve product sales objectives while complying with all Paratek policies and procedures, including the company’s Code of Conduct.
- Educate and promote Paratek products to healthcare professionals through one-on-one interactions, group presentations, and approved promotional activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Business Director and regional team members to meet sales objectives.
- Communicate effectively with customers, employing strong selling, listening, and negotiation skills using approved messaging.
- Demonstrate proficiency in selling through various communication channels, both virtual and face-to-face.
- Maintain positive and compliant relationships with all customer contacts, including healthcare professionals and their staff.
- Accurately report sales activities, territory expenses, and written reports within deadlines set by Sales Management.
