JOB SUMMARY:
As a Specialty Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and driving product adoption in your designated territory following the launch of our innovative products. This position involves engaging healthcare professionals and key stakeholders—including prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, administrators, nurses, and office personnel—by providing clear, balanced, and compliant product and disease-state education.
In this field-based role, you will focus on executing territory strategies, cultivating robust customer relationships, and facilitating product adoption across assigned accounts. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support account planning, navigate access dynamics, and establish yourself as a trusted resource and partner within the healthcare community.
