Amazing Care Home Health offers specialized therapy services that set us apart from other home health providers. Here, you have the freedom to create a weekly schedule that suits your needs, with as many or as few visits as you desire on your preferred days of the week.
We invite you to join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist in the St. George area. As a speech-language pathologist (SLP), you will implement tailored treatment plans to assist clients of all ages with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning by developing and administering speech therapy services in home and community settings.
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care that aligns with the needs of the client and family through comprehensive evaluations, interpreting assessment results, and developing a plan of care that includes skilled interventions and tailored goals.
- Assist pediatric and adult patients in developing or regaining cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning to enhance their independence and overall quality of life.
- Coordinate care with referring physicians and other health care professionals to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective support for clients.
- Educate clients, families/caregivers, and other healthcare personnel regarding the treatment plan as necessary.
- Identify client and family/caregiver needs for additional services and make referrals as needed.
- Prepare and submit documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain clinical competence in the field of speech-language pathology.
Pay: $65-$70 per visit (visit duration varies from 30-90 minutes)
Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between patient visits.
