As the Sponsorship and Public Relations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the planning, coordination, and execution of various sponsorship and public relations initiatives. You will be entrusted with the complete management of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) related to sponsorships, PR efforts, and events. Your focus will be on ensuring timely processing, adherence to internal protocols, and accuracy in all transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on sponsorship and partnership strategies to elevate brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, tracking, and follow-up of all PRs and POs linked to sponsorships, PR, events, and related activities.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, legal, and internal stakeholders to secure timely approvals and processing of payments.
- Assist in managing sponsorship agreements, deliverables, and communications with partners.
- Facilitate PR activities such as media outreach, crafting press releases, sending media invitations, and covering events.
- Aid in the preparation of sponsorship proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Events, CSR) to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive databases for sponsors, media contacts, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor sponsorship benefits and ensure compliance with contractual brand exposure requirements.
- Support the organization and execution of press events, conferences, and sponsored activities.
- Track media coverage and assist in generating basic PR and sponsorship performance reports.
