Join our dynamic team as a fellowship-trained Sports Medicine Physician, specializing in advanced shoulder care, within a physician-led orthopedic group located in Gilbert and Mesa, AZ. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a high-volume, focused practice, supported by skilled physician assistants, in-house imaging, and a dedicated procedural team. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $250,000 – $350,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Bonus: Collections-based incentive program
Relocation & Sign-On Bonuses: Available and negotiable

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage shoulder conditions, including sports injuries, trauma, and degenerative disorders
- Deliver advanced shoulder care, including arthroscopy and coordination of shoulder arthroplasty cases as needed
- Oversee all aspects of preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Collaborate with onsite physical therapy teams to enhance rehabilitation results
- Optionally provide sports knee care based on interest and referral volume
- Conduct in-office procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions
