About the job
The goal is to ensure successful transitions in processes, systems, and culture, minimizing resistance and negative impacts while maximizing adoption and engagement from all stakeholders, from internal employees to end customers of the bank.
- Diagnosis and Planning: Lead the diagnosis of organizational impacts by mapping all affected areas, processes, and individuals. Develop a strategic Change Management plan aligned with project timelines (development of journeys, decommissioning of legacy systems, migration of legacy systems, etc.).
Capacity Building and Support: Plan, coordinate, and execute training and capacity-building actions for impacted teams, ensuring the organization is ready for change.
- Orchestration: Act as a focal point among work fronts, facilitating collaboration and alignment between business areas, products, technology, and clients.
- Monitoring and Valuation: Define and monitor KPIs for change adoption and success. Support the construction of Valuation models and measure OKRs to quantify the return on investment (ROI) of initiatives. Conduct risk analysis and propose mitigation actions.
