As the Senior Manager of Commercial Demand Generation for the Americas at Klaviyo, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy, execution, and enhancement of customer acquisition campaigns tailored for our commercial segment. This pivotal position is the heartbeat of Klaviyo’s demand generation efforts, ensuring that our campaigns are executed consistently and measurably aligned with our acquisition and pipeline objectives.
You will collaborate closely with Brand, Campaigns, Sales, and Agency partners to determine the essential campaigns, assets, and strategies required to attract new SMB merchants across the Americas, overseeing the complete implementation process across various channels, including sales-supported and partner-referred acquisition programs.
This role demands a strategic and hands-on marketer who possesses a deep understanding of acquisition funnels, pipeline dynamics, and the ability to translate campaign execution into sustained growth of new customer acquisitions for Klaviyo.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of new customer acquisition campaigns targeting SMBs across the Americas and various channels.
- Serve as the campaign execution specialist and operational backbone, ensuring that acquisition programs are consistently launched, refined, and aligned with our growth priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Campaigns, Sales, and Agency teams to outline the necessary campaigns, assets, and channel mix essential for attracting new Entrepreneur and SMB merchants.
