Role Overview
Form Energy is on the lookout for a Staff Adhesive Materials Engineer to enhance the manufacturability and reliability of our iron-air battery cells. As part of the Reliability Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with the Electrode, Cell, and Pack Engineering teams to lead the development, selection, characterization, and qualification of essential adhesive materials. Your contributions will inform critical decisions regarding the sealing and structural integrity of our designs. This position will involve hands-on laboratory work and cross-functional collaboration to assess, analyze, and propose adhesive material solutions to complex challenges, ensuring confidence in our product's longevity.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as an expert in adhesive materials by leading the selection, interface design, and integration of adhesives across our hardware platforms, including coatings and bonding processes.
