Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Staff Analyst to join our team as a senior individual contributor. This role will concentrate on enhancing the performance of our home repair and online marketplace platform by utilizing advanced analytics to inform strategic business decisions. Collaborating closely with product managers, marketing, and operations teams, you will analyze consumer behavior, market trends, service provider performance, and platform efficiency. As a crucial member of our team, you will deliver data-supported insights to improve user experience, boost platform engagement, and optimize operational efficiency.
While this is a remote position, we are seeking applicants located in Eastern Time Zones to align with our team's working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and service provider performance to uncover growth opportunities and identify areas for enhancement.
- Create predictive models aimed at improving marketplace matching (e.g., connecting home repair service providers with customers), pricing optimization, and user retention strategies.
