Position Summary:
As a Staff Data Scientist focusing on growth, you will analyze vast datasets, transforming tens of millions of data points into actionable insights for marketing managers and leadership. Your contributions will be pivotal in crafting remarkable experiences for our customers. Your role will involve deriving meaningful insights, addressing intricate business challenges, and facilitating effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing managers, CRM managers, marketing engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Develop machine learning models, including those for predicting customer churn, product sales, banner clicks, and campaign performance.
- Train and implement machine learning models on both on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Conduct thorough analyses of growth marketing metrics for customers and products to support impactful marketing strategies.
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations for CRM promotions by scrutinizing user behavior data within the app.
- Execute hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and regression analysis on online advertisement effectiveness.
- Establish a robust data pipeline to guarantee data quality and accessibility.
- Present analytical findings compellingly to marketing leadership.
- Promote a culture of analytics as a member of a growing data team.
