The Opportunity
As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) in our AI Simulation group, you will serve as the key technical liaison between our core Large Quantitative Models (LQMs) and our most ambitious client projects. This role is tailored for a resourceful generalist who thrives in an autonomous setting and is eager to tackle challenging issues in drug discovery and chemical simulation. You will work closely with scientific delivery teams, engaging at the intersection of fundamental research and practical application.
Your main objective is to ensure the successful technical enablement of our critical partnerships. You will independently identify complex bottlenecks, design custom solutions, and manage scalable computing resources. Whether integrating scientific application logic, handling large data transformations, or working with Agentic systems, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of your deployments. This role requires a startup mindset: the ability to lead a project's technical vision while being willing to perform any necessary tasks to advance our mission.
