ABOUT THE TEAM
The Air Dominance & Strike team is at the forefront of developing advanced aerial and multi-domain robotic systems. Our projects include the innovative Fury unmanned fighter jet and the Barracuda air-breathing cruise missile, transforming concepts into reality. We also develop Lattice for Mission Autonomy, our leading software platform that empowers fleets of Fury, Barracuda, and diverse robots to collaborate on various missions. Our team collaborates closely with specialists in Perception, Motion Planning, Hardware, and Test Engineering to tackle the most complex challenges faced by our clients. We seek passionate software engineers and roboticists who are eager to create tools for fellow developers, enabling a robust autonomy software stack that encompasses computer vision, motion planning, SLAM, controls, estimation, and secure communications.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead a talented team of software engineers in delivering mission planning software.
- Collaborate with end-users to transform requirements into effective features, balancing user experience with technical constraints.
- Oversee mission autonomy systems and services deployed to our customers.
- Develop and optimize code to enhance product functionality and expand mission capabilities to a broader audience.
- Work cross-functionally to design, implement, and test advanced functionalities.
- Generate and assess metrics to support debugging and system monitoring.
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes of failures, and coordinate actionable next steps.
- Engage with end-users to evolve needs into features while ensuring user experience is prioritized.
- Travel up to 25% to facilitate real-world capability building, testing, and deployment.
