Role Overview:
As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing intricate, technical product initiatives that significantly impact our organization. Your responsibilities will include understanding and addressing key business challenges through user empathy, product intuition, and a robust understanding of Oscar’s operational dynamics. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams, aligning with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and measure outcomes. You will enhance our organizational impact by mentoring colleagues, influencing product methodologies, and elevating the standards of quality, clarity, and effectiveness.
This position will emphasize AI research and development, working side by side with a select group of engineers and data scientists to investigate and prototype innovative ideas and workflows within Oscar.
You will report to the Senior Director of AI.
Work Location:
This role is based in our New York City office, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days of in-office attendance each week. Thursdays are designated for on-site team meetings and events, while the remaining two in-office days offer flexibility to accommodate your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Compensation Transparency:
The base salary for this position ranges from $180,504.00 to $236,911.50 annually. Additionally, you will receive employee benefits, access to Oscar's unlimited vacation policy, participation in company equity programs, and eligibility for annual performance bonuses.
