To empower millions of users to discover, engage with, and participate in live events around the world, we are looking for a Staff Product Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge technologies and impactful features. In this role, you will take charge of the strategy and execution for StubHub's AI-Driven CRM & Smart Workflows, shaping the integration of AI and human judgment to swiftly and reliably resolve millions of customer inquiries.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) – New York, NY

The AI-Driven CRM & Smart Workflows team serves as the nexus for all support processes requiring human intervention. We are developing a groundbreaking product that will be utilized by thousands of agents to assist millions of customers—where AI and human insight collaborate to resolve issues in mere seconds. Our platform integrates intelligent routing, adaptive workflows, and safety measures, learns from every interaction, and seamlessly blends into the overall customer experience. Our vision is to transition from Augment to Automate to Autonomous: enhancing data integrity, achieving high-confidence triage and one-click execution, and ultimately enabling proactive, self-healing operations.
