ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Staff Product Manager for our cutting-edge consumer product (GoConsumer) at Trustly, you will be instrumental in defining and steering the vision for a financial experience fueled by intelligent automation, personalized coaching, and engaging reward systems. This role integrates product strategy, AI-driven personalization, behavioral design, and practical execution alongside engineering teams.
You will oversee the development of our AI financial coach and the gamified engagement layer—key elements in empowering everyday earners to enhance their financial health and alleviate anxiety. Your contributions will significantly influence how users manage their finances, cultivate good habits, and maintain engagement over time.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, behavioral scientists, designers, product marketers, and company leadership. This highly interdisciplinary role involves translating advanced technical capabilities (open banking, data pipelines, ML models, LLMs) into intuitive and emotionally engaging user experiences that drive impactful results.
