This strategy will safeguard our customers while ensuring a seamless and dignified experience. As a Staff Product Manager specializing in Trust & Safety (Fraud), you will spearhead this initiative, embedding fraud prevention seamlessly into our products in a manner that is transparent, respectful, and prioritizes the customer.
In this role, you will act as the accountable product leader for fraud prevention across the organization. You will drive execution across Engineering, Fraud Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and international Product teams. Your focus will be on leveraging our platform, aligning multiple teams, and making executive-level decisions, keeping customer trust as your guiding principle.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer-Centric Platform Strategy: Define and implement a multi-year fraud platform strategy that scales across products, partner channels, and global markets, all while protecting customer trust and minimizing unnecessary friction.
- Leadership & Alignment: Be the accountable leader for fraud prevention. Drive organizational alignment, negotiate resource allocation, and create momentum across teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that protect both consumers and merchants.
- Experience-Aware Decisioning: Oversee the evolution of fraud decisioning systems and adjustments to balance loss prevention with clear, humane customer experiences.
- Roadmap Ownership: Construct and prioritize a roadmap that balances immediate risk mitigation with platform-level innovation and long-term resilience.
- Measurement: Establish KPIs that serve as benchmarks for success.
