The Role
Develop comprehensive positioning, messaging, and competitive strategies for Handshake AI (HAI), focusing on frontier labs while ensuring alignment with our overarching narrative about fellows and early-career talent.
Lead the go-to-market strategy for HAI, collaborating with Product, Sales, and the Marketing team on major launches and initiatives.
Act as the end-to-end PMM owner for HAI in collaboration with Sales, serving as the key decision-maker for HAI's engagement in lab-facing conversations, including value propositions, proof points, pricing strategies, and objection handling.
Work alongside HAI Product and Sales leadership to inform long-term product and go-to-market strategies through insights gathered from customers, competitors, and market trends; distill complex data into actionable recommendations for executives.
Drive sales enablement for HAI by identifying gaps and creating new assets such as playbooks, talk tracks, competitive one-pagers, and pitch materials, as well as providing training.
Oversee go-to-market performance metrics for HAI (including pipeline, win rates, attach rates, and deal velocity), transforming data into clear insights and refining strategies based on revenue impacts.
Collaborate with event marketing to translate HAI's positioning into engaging in-person and virtual experiences for AI lab audiences, managing messaging for executive dinners, field events, and conferences.
