By integrating the expertise, cutting-edge technology, and business models of the most forward-thinking companies of the 21st century, Anduril is transforming the design, construction, and commercialization of military systems. Our extensive range of systems operates on Lattice OS, an AI-driven operating system that synthesizes vast data streams into a real-time 3D command and control hub. As global strategic competition escalates, Anduril is dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art autonomy, artificial intelligence, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies to military operations rapidly.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division focuses on two core missions: the development of highly capable autonomous drones and the mass production of solid rocket motors. We collaborate intimately with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams to transform products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from initial concepts into fully operational systems. Through our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team, we design and manufacture solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials and proprietary formulations, ensuring the delivery of safe and reliable propulsion systems that meet diverse mission needs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are in search of a Product Operations Program Manager to play a pivotal leadership role within the TRS division. This position transcends traditional program management; you will serve as a strategic problem-solver, addressing critical business challenges, advancing products to high-rate production, and spearheading transformative internal initiatives.
The ideal candidate embodies a “Six Sigma Black Belt” mentality, adept at dissecting complex operational issues, leveraging data-driven decision-making, and instituting robust processes that foster scalability and efficiency. You will serve as the crucial link between product development and full-scale production, ensuring our systems are engineered not only for performance but also for manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Your success in this role will depend on your ability to:
- Execute with Precision: Thoroughly analyze ambiguous and complex operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement solutions to fruition.
- Optimize and Mature: Manage the transition of products from development to production readiness, concentrating on process optimization, operational excellence, continuous improvement, design for manufacturability (DFM), and supply chain stability.
