As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling Nooks’ integrations with Sales Engagement Platforms (SEPs), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other essential tools, ensuring customer workflows integrate seamlessly into the Dialer.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage high-scale integrations with SEPs and CRMs.
Oversee data pipelines capable of processing billions of data points, including tasks, prospects, accounts, ETL processes, retries, and rate limits.
Enhance the reliability and monitoring of integrations, focusing on uptime, latency, and error rates.
Collaborate with Product and Go-To-Market teams to prioritize integrations that significantly impact customer success.
Mentor team members and provide backend technical leadership within the Core Dialer team.
What We Are Looking For:
6–10+ years of backend development experience, particularly in SaaS integrations.
Extensive knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting.
Strong systems engineering background with an emphasis on reliability, observability, and monitoring.
Proven experience in developing frameworks for integrations rather than solely point-to-point connections.
