Position Overview
Instacart is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead and scale intricate, cross-functional projects that facilitate our global expansion and M&A initiatives. This role is pivotal, bridging strategy, operations, HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and executive leadership.
You will oversee comprehensive program management for international market entries, entity formations, workforce growth, and acquisition integrations, ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders and meticulous adherence to timelines, budgets, and risk management protocols. A crucial aspect of this role will involve close collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on integration, compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, and organizational design workstreams.
This position demands a systems thinker capable of transforming uncertainty into clarity, managing high-stakes projects visible to executives, and instilling operational discipline during transformative company changes.
