The Role: In the position of Appointment Setter, your main responsibilities will include qualifying incoming leads, arranging appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between leads and our sales team. You will play a crucial role in the customer journey, ensuring that each lead is efficiently scheduled and successfully transitioned to a sales representative for closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads by gathering essential information to assess whether Starlink meets the customer's needs.
- Schedule appointments by providing flexible installation options and confirming details with customers.
- Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to track leads, update appointment statuses, and maintain accurate information logs.
- Address objections by employing effective techniques to manage customer concerns and convert them into appointments.
- Communicate through GoHighLevel and RingCentral, ensuring prompt and professional responses to leads via phone, text, and email.
- Collaborate with our sales team to guarantee a seamless handoff of qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with interested leads who have yet to confirm their appointments.
