The Role: In the position of Appointment Setter, your main focus will be to qualify incoming leads, arrange appointments, and maintain effective communication between prospects and our sales team. You will play a vital role in the customer journey, ensuring that leads are efficiently scheduled and smoothly transitioned to sales representatives for closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads by collecting essential information to confirm Starlink is the appropriate solution for the customer’s needs.
- Schedule appointments by presenting flexible installation options and confirming details with the customer.
- Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to monitor leads, update appointment statuses, and log accurate information.
- Address objections by employing effective techniques to alleviate customer concerns and convert them into appointments.
- Engage through GoHighLevel and RingCentral, ensuring prompt and professional responses to leads via phone, text, and email.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to guarantee a seamless transition of qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet confirmed their appointment.
