Location Development: Collaborate with central departments and your team to manage the site effectively, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Process Improvement: Innovate and refine existing procedures, contributing your creative ideas, particularly for vehicle handovers and returns.
International Collaboration: Partner with roadsurfer teams across various countries to enhance operations continuously.
Team Leadership: Lead your team with empathy and clear communication, fostering an environment of clarity, performance, and growth.

What You Need to Ride the Wave with Us
Completed training or studies in a relevant field or a comparable qualification.
1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar industries – career changers are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
