The Sterling Account Executive plays a vital role in nurturing business relationships and providing first-level support to our existing clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

- Gain comprehensive insight into Sterling Technology's service capabilities, advantages, and competitive edge.
- Educate clients on the value-added processes and services offered by Sterling Technology.
- Foster relationships with both existing and potential clients to expand our reach in the market.
- Understand clients' industries and business needs to strategically support their growth.
- Collaborate with your manager to identify opportunities that will enhance your portfolio and strengthen partnerships.
- Organize and attend in-person meetings and networking events to increase Sterling Technology's visibility and client base.
- Provide dedicated customer support and manage client expectations effectively.
- Quote, manage, and bill projects daily, working closely with clients and production teams for smooth operations.
