We are currently seeking dedicated Stewards to join our team. The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in kitchen and dining areas, taking care of equipment, and supporting daily kitchen operations. The Steward ensures compliance with hygiene and safety standards while executing cleaning processes effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, storage, and dining spaces, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen utensils using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents.
- Ensure proper storage of tools and utensils in clean and organized areas.
- Assist in keeping kitchen and dining areas, including countertops, floors, and walls, clean and safe.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisory team.
- Ensure all cleaning agents and tools are used correctly and safely.
- Support the team in preparing and managing special events or daily kitchen requirements by participating in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor the quantity of cleaning supplies and proactively address any shortages.
