As a Stockist (H/F) in our retail team, your role will be based in Lyon (69) and will involve:
Ensuring Effective Stock Management:
- Overseeing the receipt of deliveries (unpacking, sorting, labeling, organizing);
- Recording deliveries in accordance with established processes;
- Conducting daily restocking of the store while adhering to merchandising standards;
- Maintaining an organized and optimal storage area;
- Monitoring transfer procedures between stores;
- Participating in store inventories (random, monthly, fiscal);
- Supporting the sales team by providing requested items to customers on the sales floor.
In Concierge:
- Managing after-sales services (processing and refunds);
- Ensuring the dispatch of items for repair;
- Integrating, scanning, and organizing Click & Collect items;
- Verifying pending Click & Collect orders (refunds, returns, customer follow-up).
Delivering a Unique Customer Experience:
- Possessing an in-depth knowledge of stock to efficiently meet customer needs;
- Streamlining the connection between stock and sales floor through structured organization;
- Ensuring product presentation meets Octane standards;
- Acting as an ambassador for the brand's omnichannel strategy (store and online);
- Exhibiting curiosity and developing a deep understanding of the brand and products;
- Being familiar with our CSR policy to assist customers.
Upholding Brand Image:
- Contributing to the effective presentation of products by highlighting new arrivals;
- Aiding visual merchandising efforts to enhance store aesthetics.
