WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Store Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers at H&M Group. You will empower store teams through education and motivation, ensuring adherence to safety and security policies and procedures. As an ambassador for the Security Department, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough audits of stores in your designated area, ensuring compliance based on store classification through effective planning.
- Completing every store audit accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with store management to meet audit expectations and creating actionable plans, while maintaining clear communication.
- Reporting audit findings to the Area Manager and Compliance Manager, utilizing company tools for documentation.
- Assisting stores during inventory processes to ensure accurate counts and data integrity.
- Identifying security training needs and communicating them to the Security Department.
- Supporting the execution of fraud investigations as directed by the Security Department.
- Contributing to the Loss Prevention Strategy aimed at minimizing shrinkage.
- Facilitating inventory preparations and prioritizing visits to key stores.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Store Auditor is a key member of the Security Department, reporting directly to the Security Manager. You will collaborate closely with the Compliance Manager regarding regulatory matters and internal security practices, and work alongside part-time auditors to share knowledge and reinforce audit routines. Interaction with Area Teams and various departments will be essential for aligning and effectively implementing security standards.

- Proficient English language skills (both written and spoken).

- Experience in corporate safety and security protocols.
- In-depth understanding of POS systems and procedures.

- Proficient in Office 365 applications.
- Logical and receptive to feedback.
- Organized, detail-oriented, objective, consistent, and open-minded.
- Willing to travel within Estonia as needed.
