As a Store Manager at H&M, you will oversee the comprehensive omni-channel customer experience in your store, ensuring that visual merchandising and commercial standards align with both global and regional strategies. Your experience as a Store Manager will be dynamic and varied, with daily responsibilities including:
Customer Sales & Profit
- Deliver an exceptional omni-channel customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial display aligns with store format and guidelines.
- Positively represent the H&M brand in all customer interactions.
- Establish and monitor sales and budget goals, crafting strategies to drive optimal results.
- Ensure your team provides outstanding customer service, actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Encourage promotion of the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
- Manage staffing schedules in accordance with budgeted hours and sales forecasts.
- Oversee fitting room and checkout operations, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Identify and act on commercial opportunities and maintain awareness of competitors.
- Ensure cost-effective store maintenance and accurate administrative operations.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, styles, products, competitors, and influencers.
- Ensure your team shares product and fashion knowledge during customer interactions.
- Understand the local market, including customer preferences and competition.
Team & Development
- Lead talent management efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning aligned with business needs.
- Share your expertise and knowledge with your team to foster growth.
