Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to oversee the overall operations and sales performance of our Limerick Jetland location. You will ensure that our team and product offerings meet and exceed company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day store operations, including sales, staff management, customer experience, security, health and safety, as well as stock and resource management.
- Achieve and surpass store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff, ensuring adherence to company policies with fairness and consistency.
- Oversee cash handling, wage costs, budgets, and systems administration (e.g., TMS, SAP).
- Enhance in-store visual merchandising to engage and educate customers.
- Ensure adequate staffing and promotion of in-store services, such as Safesize and Assisted Selling.
- Maintain a security-conscious environment, monitoring for potential theft and adhering to security protocols.
- Take responsibility for health and safety compliance, ensuring all staff are trained accordingly.
- Identify customer needs and develop additional non-direct business opportunities.
- Implement projects successfully in alignment with company expectations.
- Consistently deliver excellent store standards as per business audit requirements.
