Your Role as a Store Manager:
As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your store. Your responsibilities will encompass hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial objectives, while ensuring that our guests enjoy exceptional experiences. The success of your store is in your hands!
Rest assured, you will receive 8 or more weeks of rigorous store leadership training to equip you for success.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- High school diploma is required
- Willingness to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is required

As part of your duties, you will often work in a hot environment with steam from food preparation. The workspace is typically confined, and employees are expected to stand for extended periods. Responsibilities include preparing both hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment, and maintaining accuracy while working quickly. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
