About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. You will lead a high-performing, engaged team, guaranteeing the store runs efficiently. Collaboration with other stores and departments will be key to solving challenges, driving enhancements, and setting your team up for success. As a brand ambassador for Rothy’s, you will passionately embody our mission and values for our customers, employees, and the community.
What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership (35%)
Proactively recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a talented store team
Support team members through real-time feedback, regular floor observations, and consistent one-on-one check-ins
Uphold high-performance standards by training the team on all standard operating procedures, service expectations, sales techniques, and Rothy's product knowledge
Lead the Division of Responsibility (DOR) program with your leadership team to ensure all functions are executed effectively
