Your Role as Store Manager
As the full-time Store Manager in Doncaster, your entrepreneurial mindset will drive the success of the store, foster team development, and create an exceptional community experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, developing, and engaging a dedicated team of Athlete Advisors and an Assistant Manager to connect with and educate the tennis community about our leading sportswear and equipment technology.
- Building community relationships within the newly established market, focusing specifically on tennis enthusiasts.
- Collaborating with peers to enhance unique product experiences within your community.
- Executing impactful visual merchandising strategies for sportswear, footwear, and hard goods.
- Overseeing all store operations with a strong commitment to the athlete and team member experience.
- Utilizing KPI analytics to make informed business decisions that propel growth.
- Formulating strategies for business expansion and team development.
- Consistently achieving sales targets through strategic scheduling and effective coaching.
