Customer Service
- Ensure a level of direct and indirect service to customers that aligns with H&M standards.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor knowledge; ensure H&M remains at the forefront of the market.
Business Acumen
- Ensure Store Operation procedures are followed.
- Optimize allocations across all departments in the store.
- Continuously enhance the store's visual appearance through appealing garment presentations both in-store and in windows.
- Ensure all in-store sales campaigns and activities are executed in accordance with H&M standards.
Sales Strategy
- Maintain the store's high level of competitiveness in the local market.
- Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback to the regional team on sales-related KPIs.
- Introduce changes to enhance business performance in collaboration with the regional team.
Recruitment, Training, and Development
- Conduct and oversee the store recruitment process.
- Ensure and implement evaluation, training, and development of staff to stay on track.
- Plan succession within the store management team.
- Ensure reliability in performance reporting and follow-up.
Communication and Legal Requirements
- Continuously inform departmental teams about business results, new initiatives, and other relevant matters.
