In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Retail Manager of North America and ensure the seamless operation of our flagship store. Your leadership will drive sales, enhance performance, and cultivate lasting relationships with our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Inspire and guide your team while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing team.
- Manage schedules to optimize performance and profitability.
- Equip your team with extensive product knowledge and brand insights.
Sales Leadership:
- Drive sales initiatives to create a vibrant shopping experience with exceptional customer service.
- Support your team in achieving both individual and collective sales goals.
- Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and average transaction values.
- Maintain communication with the merchandising team to relay customer feedback and insights.
- Identify business opportunities and challenges, initiating changes to boost store performance.
Client Engagement and Events:
- Develop new client relationships, including stylists and agents.
- Nurture existing client relationships through personalized follow-ups and events.
- Champion the stylist program within your store.
- Propose monthly in-store events to the marketing team, leveraging client and stylist engagement.
Customer Relations:
- Embody the AMI spirit by delivering a unique customer experience with a smile.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored product selections, encouraging cross-selling.
- Inspire your team to cultivate a customer loyalty culture focused on building strong, long-term relationships.
