Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop all team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the development of an Assistant Team Leader when needed.
- Communicate tasks clearly and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Hold team members accountable for performance and conduct.
- Conduct regular store meetings to promote team cohesion.
- Provide timely evaluations and constructive feedback to employees.
- Support employees in setting and achieving meaningful goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee performance.
- Ensure timely completion of employee paperwork.
- Encourage employee participation in scheduled training programs.
- Motivate and counsel employees on job-related matters.
Loss Prevention and Control:
- Manage cash and inventory effectively to minimize loss.
- Conduct scheduled inventory counts and address discrepancies promptly.
- Implement the Inventory Shortage Action Plan as necessary.
- Keep storage areas organized, clean, and secure.
- Maintain daily tracking charts for store performance.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the District Leader.
Report and Paperwork Management:
- Ensure timely completion of all paperwork.
- Process deposits promptly and provide copies to the Support Center.
- Maintain accuracy and organization of all documentation.
- Build a professional rapport with Support Center personnel.
General Store Operations:
- Ensure the store operates during designated hours.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Ensure compliance with contract agreements.
- Keep the store and premises safe and secure.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock issues.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
