WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be gradually introduced to the leadership of a store. You will learn how to lead a motivated team, create an inspiring customer experience, and effectively manage all operational processes. Along the way, you will develop your leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking in collaboration with experienced colleagues, always focusing on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and commercial success.
You will:
- Support the implementation of a strong customer experience in-store and learn how to create visual and commercial presentations according to our standards.
- Be involved in analyzing sales figures and budget goals, working with the team to identify meaningful improvements.
- Assist in planning operational processes and staff deployment.
- Be introduced to topics such as recruiting, onboarding, team leadership, and motivation, developing your understanding of modern leadership structures.
- Keep track of current fashion trends and learn how to apply this knowledge effectively in the store.
