Key Responsibilities:
· Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of part-time staff, including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers.
· Ensure exceptional service standards, including food quality, customer engagement, and store cleanliness.
· Foster a culture of excellence that emphasizes cookie quality, customer satisfaction, and sales performance while encouraging personal growth among team members.
· Oversee inventory management to maintain effective controls.
· Plan and implement engaging local marketing initiatives.
· Develop and manage in-store recognition programs and contests.
Ideal Candidate:
· At least 3 years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
· Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts during the week (Thursday to Sunday).
· A supportive leadership style with a player-coach mentality for daily business operations.
· A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
· Strong technical knowledge related to restaurant or retail operations.
