Position Summary:
As the Store Operations Manager for Communications & Operations, you will spearhead the execution and enhancement of workload planning, store communications, and operational processes across our retail locations. This pivotal role is key to driving operational excellence through effective project management, strategic communication, and acting as a vital link between the retail back office and fleet teams. You will advocate for field teams, ensuring their insights are transformed into actionable improvements that bolster daily operations and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Field Support: Cultivate a supportive atmosphere among field teams, empowering them to excel while proactively addressing their needs.
- Store Communication Leadership: Create and disseminate engaging, actionable communications via platforms like ThinkTime and email to ensure high operational compliance and clarity.
- Optimize Communication Processes: Refine and enhance the content, delivery, and execution of all store communications.
- Fleet Workload Coordination: Manage the fleet workload calendar, collaborating with back-office teams to maintain balanced workloads and effective information flow.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee retail-focused projects, including store supplies, openings and closings, marketing and loyalty campaigns, and IT rollouts.
- Feedback Mechanisms: Develop strategies to gather, analyze, and relay fleet feedback to stakeholders, driving informed action.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and distribute reports on compliance, contests, surveys, and other performance metrics.
- Store Supply Procurement and Invoicing: Manage the procurement of necessary store supplies, approve orders, create purchase orders, and code invoices.
