Key Responsibilities:
· Recruit, coach, and develop a diverse part-time team including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers.
· Oversee service components ensuring high food quality, exceptional customer service, employee engagement, and store cleanliness.
· Cultivate a strong culture of excellence focused on cookie quality, customer satisfaction, and sales performance while supporting personal growth for all team members.
· Manage inventory effectively to ensure proper controls are in place.
· Plan and execute engaging local marketing initiatives.
· Develop and implement in-store recognition programs and contests.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
· Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
· A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
