Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic sales leader with 7–10 years of experience in tech services, staffing, or SaaS. This individual should possess a strong understanding of revenue generation in complex, emerging markets and thrive in dynamic environments where strategies are continuously evolving.
This position transcends mere deal closure. You will be instrumental in mapping and activating a network of enterprise clients, high-growth startups, governmental bodies, development foundations, NGOs, private investors, and channel partners, including system integrators and local consultancies. Comprehending the interconnections among these stakeholders—and recognizing how Andela adds value to each—is central to this role.
Partner-led sales are a crucial part of our market approach in this region. A proven track record in cultivating and monetizing partner relationships is essential, alongside experience in closing deals through partners. Equally important is your capacity to generate and nurture your own sales pipeline. Our demand generation team and a dedicated Sales Development Representative will support you with programs and materials, but you should anticipate sourcing the majority of your own leads.
This role encompasses responsibilities across Africa and the Middle East, with some travel expected within the region.
